Hello, everyone! As from January me and Kathrine are looking for a new roommate to fill in the third room in the apartment (: -Rent is 2.900kr for the bedroom -Utilities estimated at 600kr per person per month -Safety deposit is 8.700kr -Pets allowed The apartment is 122m² on two levels: downstairs is kitchen, living room, laundry room/entrance, a sweet balcony and bathroom; upstairs is the bedrooms and an extra toilet. There's also a parking space for the apartment, as well as a private bike shed. The place is located at Gislavænget, Odense NV, at about 10min bike ride from city center and bus station, there's an Aldi at the end of the street and both a Netto and a Fakta nearby. It has good access to frequent bus lines 21, 22, 24, 42, 41 and others. Right by there is also the Willeruplund dog park, which makes it a great place for pets! You will be sharing the place with me, Kathrine and two dogs, Morgan and Gaius (: I'm a 27 year old Brazilian girl who likes watching movies and series, boardgames and video games. I keep to myself so I'll spend a lot of time in my room, but will join for dinner and events if invited (: I'm also learning about photography and eventually I like to experiment with baking, making sure to always clean up afterward. Other interests include design, decoration, gardening and DIY arts & crafts kind of thing. Kathrine is 25, dane, and will soon start working at a shop at city center. She spends most of the time online-gaming or watching movies as well. Gaius is my dog, medium-sized. He is very easygoing and pretty much a chill dog (: and Morgan is Kathrine's dog, dachshund/papillon mix with a lot of energy and a ton of love. As for our roommate, we are looking, primarily, for someone who likes pets too. We'd like it to be someone around our age, but most importantly, that knows how to look after themselves and has a good spirit to collaborate with the household, preferably someone who has lived on their own or with roomates before (: If this interests you at all, tell me a little bit about yourself and why you think we'd be good roommates; or any information that might be relevant!
